DATAWiSE is an innovative project transforming building management with advanced digital solutions. By integrating cutting-edge technology with sustainable practices, we aim to create smarter, more efficient, and eco-friendly buildings. Bringing together experts from various fields, DATAWiSE enhances energy efficiency, reduces operational costs, and improves the overall comfort and safety of building occupants. DATAWiSE aims to develop and test innovative building management tools, including a Data-driven Building Performance Management (DBPM) toolkit and an AI-enhanced Lifecycle Data-driven Decision Support (LD2S) toolkit.
These tools will leverage BIM data and advanced analytics to optimize energy efficiency, operational costs, and occupant comfort, while ensuring data quality, privacy, and interoperability through a scalable data architecture.

DATAWiSE is being implemented in three pilot projects across different regions in Latvia, Austria, and Spain. These pilots serve as testing grounds for our innovative solutions, providing valuable insights and demonstrating the tangible benefits of digital building management. By applying our solutions in various contexts such as educational institutions, sports centers, and energy communities, these pilot projects showcase the versatility and effectiveness of the DATAWiSE project.
